Customs officials in Chile hit the motherlode last month when they reportedly seized nearly $32 million worth of counterfeit Adidas and Nike sneakers. According to Ricardo Aceituno, Chile’s regional director of customs, the seizure took place on November 7 in a town called Iquique.
